We take great care in crafting and delivering our products. If you are not satisfied, please review our refund and return guidelines below.
Returns
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare or haircare products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or wrong product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Items returned without prior approval
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged)
